Description
February is National American Heart Month and Woodlands Medical Specialists will host an interactive, free community talk with physicians to educate and answer questions regarding heart health. Following the physician question and answer session, there will be a live cooking demonstration using fresh ingredients and unprocessed foods with available food samplings. Admission is free.
