Viva Florida Artists and Authors @ the Navarre Library - August 16 from noon – 4 p.m. & August 17, 10 a.m. – noon Local artists and authors will be staged throughout the Navarre Library, located at 8484 James M. Harvell Rd., sharing their talents, signing books and discussing their works. Some of the participants will have items available for purchase. Enjoy the sounds of a local classical guitarist and free refreshments courtesy of the Friends of the Navarre Library. We are honored to feature these local talents as part of our Viva Florida celebration! This program is the fourth in a series of programs to highlight Viva Florida 500 and Florida's history.
