Festival guests can experience the cuisine from the most talented chefs on Pensacola Beach. A surf camp, car show, beading station, crab races, mermaid parade, a kid's area, music and more will keep kids of all ages busy. Festival admission is FREE--signature dishes are priced $5 or less. The public is encouraged to come out early for seating at the pavilion or open-air Gulfside dining tent. Andrew Zimmern, host of the Travel Channel's hit show ''Bizarre Foods'' will be on hand at this year's Festival hosting a cooking demonstration, signing autographs and judging a dessert contest.
