Join the Sacred Heart Regional Stroke Center for a night of great food and important information on stroke awareness and prevention on Tuesday, May 3, Greenhut Auditorium (Sacred Heart Main Campus).

Health Screenings:  5-6 PM
Dinner:  5:45 PM
Lectures/Questions and Answers:  6:15 PM - 7:30 PM

Free, non-fasting cholesterol, glucose, blood pressure and stroke risk assessments will be available.  There will also be a free catered dinner and health information from a variety of Sacred Heart services.  Seating is limited and reservations are required.  For reservations, please call 850-416-1600.
