7:40 am – 15K – Begin lining up in correct corral for start
7:55 am – Colors Presentation and National Anthem
8:00 – 9:38am Start of the 15K Double Bridge Run presented by Publix (Corrals will leave every 7 minutes
10:00 – 10:28am Start of the 6K Double Bridge Run presented by Publix (Corrals will leave every 7 minutes)
11:30 am – Course Closes
12:00 pm – Pick up awards at the Bandshell, Free Beer Service Ends, Post-Race Party at the boardwalk, Hooters, Hemingway’s, Bamboo Willies
12:30 am – POST-Post-Race Party at the Sandshaker.

Participants are encouraged to continue your celebrations at Pensacola Beach restaurants.

The course for the 2021 Double Bridge Run is in the works. Although the race will have a very different look, it will have the same great features, and more. Both races, 15k & 6k will begin and end on Pensacola Beach and will include running over the Bob Sikes Bridge twice and into the City of Gulf Breeze. In addition to these course changes, the 15k will also include part of the south section of the Pensacola Bay Bridge.

15K runners are required to keep a 14-minute per mile pace

Description

The Show Must Go On! The Pensacola Double Bridge Run Presented by Publix is one of the premier 15K races in the country. Pensacola Sports is pleased to announce the 2021 Double Bridge Run will go on as scheduled on February 6. Although the race will have a very different look, it will have the same great features, and more. While the exact route is still being finalized, the race will begin and end on Pensacola Beach and will include running over the Bob Sikes Bridge twice and into the City of Gulf Breeze. In addition to these course changes, the 15k will also include at least part of the south section of the Pensacola Bay Bridge.
