Donald Spencer, Santa Rosa County Clerk of Courts, is scheduling a Passport Day on Saturday, March 11, from 8 AM to 2:30 PM at the Administrative Building located at 6495 Caroline Street in Milton. A Passport Day is being offered to all citizens who are in need of a passport but find it difficult to apply during normal business hours.
