The world of sports has broadened its reach to be as inclusive as any industry in the world. From the field or court to the front office, diverse ideas and individuals are transforming the lives of those with a desire to compete at all levels. In the sports world, it is far less about who is holding the ball or who is coaching the talent, but rather who is qualified, tenacious, and courageous.
Join us as we have a conversation on how our panelists, in what were once male-exclusive leagues, approach the nurturing of an IDEAL environment. We’ll hear the dichotomy and similarity of their individual perspectives, what challenges they face, and how they perceive themselves as an influencer, ally, change-agent, and visionary. If major league sports can evolve, other industries can and should make the same efforts in leveling the playing field.
