Description
The ribbon cutting for Panda Express will be on October 25th. *The official ribbon cutting ceremony will be at 11 AM with the Gulf Breeze Area Chamber.* The event will be from 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM. Launch day will include free promotional giveaways, free meal coupons, door prizes, panda mascot, balloons and a fundraiser for the Seaside Children's Development Center.
