FSBDC at UWF Lunch-N-Learn: "Commercial Leasing"

The FL Small Business Development Center at the University of West Florida is presenting a Lunch & Learn on Wednesday, March 4^th, from Noon - 1:00 p.m. entitled “Commercial Leasing”.  Commercial leases can be overwhelming. They are lengthy, full of jargon and unfamiliar terms and always written to the landlord’s advantage.  But they are negotiable.  Learn the “Do’s” and “Don’ts” of commercial real estate leasing for tenants!  Understand the negotiation points that tip the scales back to the tenant’s favor.
