The FSBDC at UWF Govt. Contracting Services is offering a workshop entitled “Enterprise Zone? Are You In One? What Is It?” on Wednesday, March 18th from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. The workshop will explain the Florida Enterprise Zone Program qualifications and available incentives. The Florida Enterprise Zone is a state-funded tax incentive program which offers tax incentives for commercial and residential improvements, and job creation for property located within the Enterprise Zone.
