The community is invited to make a blood donation and give someone a lifesaving opportunity this July 4th holiday weekend. Take the time to join us for special Wal-Mart $10 gift card blood drives in your local Wal-Mart locations. The holiday week is challenging since many people are on vacation and school breaks. But accidents, surgeries and cancer treatments don't take a holiday. Blood Donations are especially needed in our local hospitals during the summer months. Also, all donors receive a coupon for $5 off two entrees from Outback Steakhouse. All blood donors who donate twice between now and September 30 will receive a free steak dinner and will be automatically entered into a drawing to win Outback steak dinners for a year (vouchers for $240 value, 24 dinners for a year.)
