Escambia County Sponsors Florida Association of Environmental Professionals 2012 Annual Conference

Escambia County is honored to sponsor the Florida Association of Environmental Professionals (FAEP) 2012 Annual Conference on September 21 at the Crown Plaza Pensacola Grand Hotel, 200 East Gregory Street. The conference will provide an informative and engaging workshop that addresses water quality, land use and air quality. The event is open to the public and registration begins at 7:15 a.m. The cost of the conference is $95 for FAEP members, $125 for non-members and $20 for students. Continuing education units are available for those who need them for licensing or job qualifications. There are also two different tours scheduled for September 22 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. The tours are a trip to the Naval Air Station Pensacola or a walking tour of historic downtown Pensacola. The cost for either tour is $5 and the Naval Air Station tour is limited to the first 30 people.
