In celebration of the Blue Angel Show, Alpha Omega Performance Training Facility will be hosting a Blue Angel Beach WOD (workout of the Day) on Saturday, July 14 at 8am. Everyone is invited and please bring friends. Following the workout, Gulf Breeze Aerobics & Fitness will be offering refreshments. Please join us for a great start to the Blue Angel Show!
