2013 Pensacola Walk to Cure Diabetes

JDRF's 2013 Pensacola Walk to Cure Diabetes-"Anchoring For a Cure" is an event that's fun for the whole family! The walk route will take you along the water and through beautiful downtown Pensacola. There is no cost to register, but we ask that each participant raise a minimum of $25. Registration/check-in is at 8:00am and the walk begins at 9:00am. The route is 3 miles, but there's a 1 mile "fun walk" option. There will be music, food, 18 ft. inflatable slide, face painting, balloon animals, team t-shirt design contest, and lots more entertainment for the whole family! Proceeds will benefit the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation to fund research to help find a cure for type 1 diabetes.
